The Challenge

Dental Studio on Wellesley had been serving patients in downtown Toronto for 4 years, building a loyal base through referrals and the practice's central Church-Wellesley location. But their website was years out of date — slow to load, impossible to navigate on a phone, and effectively invisible to anyone searching Google for a dentist in the area.

Dr. Ori S. knew the practice had capacity for significantly more patients, but online discovery was nearly non-existent. No online booking, a Google Business Profile with fewer than a dozen reviews, and a homepage that offered no clear reason for a new patient to choose Dental Studio over the handful of competitors within walking distance.

Our Approach

We began with a technical audit and a close look at the competitive landscape on Wellesley and Church. Within the first two weeks, we mapped 11 critical SEO gaps, confirmed the existing site was loading in over 6 seconds on mobile, and identified that the booking inquiry form had a 91% abandonment rate. There was no shortage of opportunity.

We rebuilt the site in 34 days — optimized for speed, mobile-first, and structured around the keywords Dr. Ori S.'s prospective patients were actually searching. We integrated online booking directly into the homepage, launched a Google review generation campaign, and built out the Google Business Profile with updated photos, services, and Q&A. A targeted local SEO push covered 18 high-intent keywords across the Church-Wellesley, Cabbagetown, and St. James Town neighbourhoods.
